Ghana customer came to Jinma to buy used Howo NX 6x4 tractor truck

In Ghana, Kwame urgently needed at least two reliable tractor trucks. A freight operator friend mentioned Shandong Jinma Automobile, a Chinese dealer specializing in certified used trucks. 

Having heard his friend rave about the durability of the HOWO trucks he’d bought from Jinma, Kwame contacted the sales team via WhatsApp right away. He received a detailed package: high-definition photos and videos of used HOWO NX 6x4 tractor trucks , and a clear quote—50% lower than the price of new HOWO NX trucks. 

The sales team said that since the HOWO NX 6x4 trucks Kwame needed would be produced after he placed the order. However, the factory currently has other customers who have ordered the same model of trucks, which haven't been shipped yet, and he can visit and inspect them.

To verify the quality in person, Kwame arranged a trip to Jinma’s factory in China. Though his customized trucks hadn’t started production yet, the factory showed him several in-stock used HOWO NX 6x4 truck heads (same model as he planned to buy) that were being prepared for other clients. He was surprised by their condition: exteriors were clean and free of major scratches, interiors had intact seats and functional control panels, and engine bays were neatly organized with no signs of oil leakage. 

During the test drive at the factory’s proving ground, a 400-hp HOWO NX 6x4 truck head (same configuration as his intended purchase) performed smoothly, its reinforced frame and stable suspension handled rough, potholed roads (just like Ghana’s rural highways) without any issues. The technical team also confirmed that the inspection standards for all their used HOWO NX truck heads were uniform, so the quality of his upcoming order would match the vehicles he’d tested.

Assured by the consistent quality and transparent service, Kwame signed the order contract for two used HOWO NX 6x4 tractor trucks on the spot. Four weeks later, after production and certification, his trucks shipped to Tema Port.

Thrilled with the trucks’ performance, Kwame recently recommended Jinma to his business partner.
